    How to use

    Complete instructions are included in every tampon package, but here’s the quickie version:

    • Hold the applicator at the grooved rings with your thumb and middle.
    • Gently ease the applicator into your vagina until your finger and thumb are touching your body.
    • Push the inner tube up into the outer tube with your index, then remove both tubes.
    • You know you’ve done it right If you don’t feel the tampon at all. The string should be hanging outside your bod.
    • After 4-8 hours, pull on the string to remove the tampon, then insert a new one as needed.
